SONNEMAN - A Way of Light Acquired by Dunes Point Capital

SONNEMAN - A Way of Light, the leading U.S. designer and manufacturer of high-quality decorative architectural lighting, located in Larchmont, N.Y., has been acquired by Dunes Point Capital (DPC), a family office and private investment firm located in Rye, N.Y.

Closely connected to modern ideals, innovation and the extraordinary quality that is the promise of the brand, SONNEMAN - A Way of Light was founded by Robert Sonneman and two partners David Littman and Sonny Park in 2003. Post acquisition, David will continue the management of his other lighting companies independently.

With a 50-year illustrious and world-renowned career as a designer and leading pioneer of modern lighting, Robert Sonneman will continue to drive the creative vision for the newly acquired company, serving as Executive Chairman and Chief Creative Officer.

Sonny Park, whose extraordinary leadership drove the business success of the company, will head the management team as Chief Executive Officer.
